David Dunn, a partner in the firm, specializes
in banking,
corporate, and business
litigation, including creditor's
rights and bankruptcy.
He joined the firm in early 1996 after practicing in Boston
and Washington , D.C. for over fourteen years. His background
includes over twenty years of banking, corporate, business
and commercial law and related experience.
David received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University,
and graduated Vermont Law School in 1981 with both a Juris
Doctorate and a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law. After
graduating, he worked initially in Washington , D.C. , for
a small international maritime law firm, gaining experience
in international trade and letters of credit.
In 1984, David joined a firm specializing in real estate and
banking, assisting developers and national, regional and local
lenders in connection with commercial developments in the greater
Washington area, including the revitalization of Union Station.
